As a real estate team, we believe we owe our communities a lot. Even in houses that look well-kept and trimmed on the outside, there can be people struggling to handle basic activities on the inside. Often these are the loneliest people among us because we just assume all is okay. Since 2022, we have delivered meals to homes in Reisterstown and now in our own community of Hereford. This has been an extremely rewarding activity and we're writing this post to entice others to volunteer, even a few hours twice a month.
If you would like to find out more about ways to be involved, please feel free to reach out to me at emerson.probst@gmail.com. For those near us in Northern Baltimore County, the pickup site is at the Faith Lutheran Church at the base of Sherwood Road and York Road. Pickup times are around 10.30 a.m. I'd be happy to meet you at a first drive or you could even ride along with me to get a feel for how things work. You won't regret making a difference!
We believe that as a real estate team, we owe a great deal to the communities that we represent.
I’ve been comparing real estate loan options across Maryland, and these location-specific insights helped a lot. Baltimore’s market is fast-paced, and this real estate loan Baltimore guide was a solid starting point. For Annapolis, I liked how this real estate loan Annapolis article broke down both residential and investor-focused products. And if you're considering a beach rental or second home, here’s a quick-close option for a Real Estate Loan Ocean City. Also, rental investors should definitely look into the DSCR Loan Maryland program — no income docs needed if the property's generating solid rent.
