I'm happy to announce that I recently got my "Seniors Real Estate Specialist" certification! (Emerson here) I'm really excited about this because of my long-time interest in serving the aging. I volunteered as a Meals-on-Wheels driver and am now a "Friendly Visitor" at a local LTC facility. And now that I'm actually part of this 55+ demographic (Gulp..how did that happen!), it'll be fun and rewarding working with clients heading towards their next great adventure.
