She provided us with a much-needed sense of confidence during our home shopping process because we knew that she wouldn't let anyone take advantage of us as first time home buyers. I remember one time she went to bat for us when the builder was not willing to accommodate last minute changes on our first home which was a new build. After we pleaded with the builder repeatedly to make a change to the flooring and kitchen counters and the builder repeatedly said "no", it only took Gwen one business day to somehow convinced them to allow us to make changes to our kitchen, which is gorgeous now!
